Artist research – Diego Fazio

Mind blowing Italian based artist Diego Fazio is a self taught artist. He creates amazing photo realistic pencil drawings. Looking at his work he really has a true understanding of light and shade. He is known for his wet face drawings and his hyper-realism style. It’s hard to believe that his drawings aren’t photographs! Diego started off a tattoo artist but eventually started drawing bodies instead of drawing on them. I don’t think his work relates to mine but I enjoy looking at his portraits because they inspire me to try to things.
